the supreme court overlooked NAB

the supreme court in his decission of 16 dec 2009;declared NRO void;but i think supreme court overlooked the NAB;the supreme court had to be decided about NAB;because it was also founded on 16th nov;1999;after miltary coup by mushraf regime;on 12oct;1999;as the cases against pppp were fabricated were filled during presidentship of farooque leghari;let us wait what reactions comes from pppp after this decission of supreme court------?????
