in karachi yesterday rangers personels killed two young persions belonged to larkana city;the ktn have broken news of killing two persions;as this killing incident shows extra judicary killing;so the sindh government should announce impartial enquiry under heading of chief justise sindh;and the real facts may be broght before peoples of sindh;as per staments of affected persions their killed youngs were laburs and were on daily wages ;as they were returning to homes on their motorcyle;they were tried to stop;at that time rangers were in civilian dress;and were in their vehicle;the young perions didnot stop their motorcycle due to fear of snaching;while other hand police offical have blamed on two youngs in involvement with snaching mobiles and many mobile phones are recovered;however as per my opinion;neglecting both sides claims;i say in any law the law-enforcement agencies have no RIGHT TO KILL ANY PERSION;untill state declare any persion offender;and state had anounced head money on that persions;in doubt;that going on motorcycles were hinted to stop and they didnot stop;a burst of KLOSHNKOVE may be fire;
